Anyone else remember that hilarious time in 2009 when you couldn’t buy octopus or squid in Pittsburgh unless you showed a valid PA ID and even then they wouldn’t sell it if there was someone with you from Detroit? 

And then this guy from Detroit was offering PA residents a grand to go buy him some and the natives were like “aw hell no.”
